What’s New in the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015?
Textures are textures made from samples of real objects. They are used to add texture, including the appearance of wood, plaster, stone, and metal. They can be combined with various effects and filters. Let’s look at how you can use all of these features to create cool effects in Photoshop CS6. Using Photoshop Before you begin creating an effect, you should check out the current (version number on the tool bar) options to make sure they’re set the way you want them. You can get to the dialog box for any tool by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab on your keyboard. To get started, start out by making sure that you have Photoshop on your computer. You can open it by clicking Start>All Programs>Adobe Photoshop CC. If you open Photoshop on a computer running Windows 8 or Windows 10, you’ll need to upgrade to Photoshop CC first. Now, you’re ready to play with Photoshop. To open the program, click the icon for Photoshop at the left end of the taskbar or press Ctrl+N on your keyboard. (You’ll see the Photoshop start-up window open.) Before you can start doing anything, Photoshop needs a bit of room. For a more efficient workflow, change the resolution of your image to 1200 x 800 or larger. That way, you can see more on the screen at one time and everything you type will fit on the screen. If you’re starting a new project or doing an image that has several types of elements (such as a mural), make sure that you have at least three Photoshop projects open, each one representing one of the elements in the image. In this book, you’ll create a six-image mosaic. If your images are not numbered or named, you can keep a title in the lower left corner of your screen (see Figure 1). Figure 1: You’ll find various tools in the tool bar. To make life easier, go to View and press ⌘-1 to have Photoshop size the window to the size of the image so that you don’t have to manually resize the window whenever you change your view size. To get to the menus, click the toolbar, press Tab or Shift+Tab to get to the menus, or press Esc or ⌘-W. If you find it easier to navigate a large screen, press the A icon on your keyboard (it looks like an A with a small cross on top) to collapse
